Installation times can and may vary due to supply, shipping problems and other factors such as bad weather, etc.

Barring circumstances beyond our control, we are able to offer our clients prompt completion of their orders. Custom blind and shutter orders can be expected within 4-6 weeks. Custom draperies can be expected within 8-12 weeks.

Although we do the best to stick to projected installation dates this is not always possible, we will let you know when orders are ready
and provide a realistic ETA. Unfortunately, we cannot always take your calls regarding the progress of your order but will let you know
when they will be ready, usually offering 7-10 days notice.

Whilst we try to give you the best information and service we can, we would strongly advise where possible, and due to the reasons
above, that I’ll only confirm bookings with you when your product(s) are delivered to me.

When booking installations ahead, then I stress that these are PROVISIONAL dates subject to delivery.

Payment Terms

50% deposit and remaining balance due upon installation.
